Getting through it today.
I’ve strayed. Today it’s back to my habits:
-100 heel lift while brushing teeth.
-2 minutes of cold water after a hot shower.
-Make bed after shower
-10,000+ steps
-No food until 2pm, break with steak then single ingredient foods the rest of the day.
-Lifting, 1-2 exercises, 3-4 sets each
-Read a chapter of a paper book (currently The Big Print by nostr:npub1d3f4m9dgvkdjxn26pqzsxn6lpfn78sxwllxyt8mp76q0a9zyyjlswhr4xv )
-Read to and play a board game with each of my kids
-Talk face-to-face with a neighbor of friend
-10-30 minutes practice pencil drawing
-10 minute red light
-10 squats (body weight) while brushing my teeth at night.
