BlueSky is built on AT protocol. BlueSky itself is not decentralised. Only when a new service starts, built on AT protocol, that federates with BlueSky, can you say it’s decentralised

See the thing is there have to be other services like BlueSky that you can migrate your social graph to. BlueSky lets you host your social graph on your own server but there are no other services you can migrate to

AT protocol is decentralised by its very nature, but BlueSky is just one service built on it
