Day 32: #grownostr initiative

The Spinach and Alyssum I sowed last weekend are sprouting.

The spinach seed I purchased was on "tape." It made it super easy to plant the tiny little seeds. I just furrowed a row and unrolled the tape and covered the seed with soil.

I'm super excited about the Alyssum--it smells so good. I've never used Alyssum as a companion plant, but I am hoping it will attract pollinators.

On a side note: I've not seen any honey bees yet--very concerning.
