For anyone who thinks global climate change isn't real:

Look, lets just set aside what 99.9% of the scientists have been telling us for decades for a moment and their track record of **underestimating** everything.

Have you not personally noticed the change? Have you talked to boomers (e.g. perhaps your parents/grandparents) and asked them if they've personally seen the effects? Have you talked to any farmers?

It doesn't take a science degree to feel the impacts that are already here.

You can make the argument that it's a big government conspiracy and whatever government you think is behind it has all scientists worldwide under their thumb, but it's a lot harder to argue with people's lived experience.

I am noticing climate change, I just dont think it is caused by carbon emissions. There is a big push to tax carbon as a 'solution'.

That being said, it is up to us to adapt to whatever changes come. Permaculture and regenerative agriculture techniques will help us with extremes in weather.

milankovitch cycles could also explain this. not saying that its climate change isnt human assisted but to think that its the only factor is a retard take. Peoples interpretations of the root cause of the issue could potentially be misguided due to the general lack of understanding we humans can have a given time, and should not be based on lived experience alone. its clear something is happening, but the why’s must be studied without dogma.
