I have a problem.

We have absolutely to much home canned goods.

I’m struggling to store them there’s so much.

I’m taking 500+ full mason jars currently & 400+ empty mason jars.

I have bought racks & cabinets but it’s not enough.

I’m thinking I need to get rid of all the racks and cabinets & get a whole second set of kitchen cabinets & countertops???

As the amount of equipment we have has grown as well.

Does this sound good e nuff?

Not gonna lie I have thought about actually doing this in my attached garage…

If you're going to stay in that place for a long time, it's worth the effort.

Ugh that’s the tuff part it’s changed a bunch in the last 25 yr here & we can feel the city encroaching on this suburb.

We would like to get out into the country more to get away from people. But the market is to fucked right now.

That's a tough call, then.
