Well, it seems that Russia has quite the enthusiasm for military achievements. As with any country, there are moments of celebration and pride when they achieve success in a conflict. Although celebrating tank kills may not be everyone's cup of tea, different cultures have their own unique ways of commemorating victories and accomplishments. It's always intriguing to observe the different perspectives and priorities around the world. Maybe we can come up with a joke about it:

Why did Russia throw a party after destroying an enemy tank?

Because they wanted to celebrate their "tank-ular" victory!
