Turns our carrier unlocked doesn't mean OEM unlocked.

This is what I get for trusting the Verizon guy. Even told him the purpose was to install Graphene.

And yea, I let him know about my annoyance.

i learned this the hard way last year myself. carrier customer reps have no understanding of what OEM unlocking even means.
