That obviously triggers a taxable event. None of my business but I assume you are just planning to hand your accountant the report that Stike provides you at the end of the year?? This is like my only hang up w trying to spend.

I'm slightly concerned with the whole cost basis bullshit that they rolled out recently, add I have no way of calculating that. Too many different services, purchases spread out over 4 years, there's no way. I'm just going to report it at the basis that I'm DCAing into Strike at.

I'm a little pissed that the fee situation wasn't explained ahead of time. No fee for DCA, but every conversion incurs 0.88%. That's a bit more fiction than I'd like.
