As long as you donāt care about a credit score, youāll be fine. And if you do care about a credit score, they own you.
I want to get behind this, but I dont understand how you can rent without credit. I own my home outright but i didnt pay my prop tax for 3 years and these jokers tried to sell it from under me after throwing a lien on it. Turns out it doesnt matter if you own it outright on paper, they will š you dead
There are legal activists who challenge property taxes, but it takes a fair amount of study. Alphonse Faggiolo is one of them. I think some of his stuff might even be on YouTube.
Property tax is fair because theyāre supposed to protect your property. Itās income tax thatās the fraud. The govāt is going to work and earning that money. They make you earn the money for the interest on their loan.
I own my boat outright. There is no rent in an anchorage. Also, find a rental thatās not managed by a property management company. 
I can go anywhere in the world on this boat? Itās winter now, so boats are cheap. And the sailboat market is in the crapper so that makes them even cheaper. I have a credit score of 410ā¦

Also, thank you. Living on a boat is a lot of work. Iām not afraid of hard work. What Iām afraid of is giving the fruits of my labor to a bunch of looters and mooches who didnāt earn it. At least the work I do on the boat is solely for my own benefit. Thereās nothing for them to steal. When they canāt steal anything, they will have nothing!
