Other people’s unprocessed emotions drive me nuts. They charge the air, when I get close, so much I can feel them. If I stay close for too long I want to process the emotions for them so that I can stop feeling it.
You angry? Process it.
You sad? Process it.
You disgusted? Process it.
You are afraid? Process it.
Nothing worse then letting so called negative emotions lurk under your skin unprocessed for too long. They only get louder and louder.
