I only offered my opinion of frugality. I collect my kids art now. Year's ago I collected hockey cards, they are currently in a trunk in the basement, yes they brought me joy but if I could go back I wouldn’t chase such things. Hindsight right?

I still have to TAGs I can't get rid of, sold a few of my cheap nixions while I chased their Automatic which hasn’t had the crystals done in 5 yrs. I can’t wear a watch in my current line of work and If i could its just going to be the Automatic.

If the watch is THE watch then get it, like I should have done instead of getting others in the first place.

If i had the conviction and knowledge i do today and had not bought 1 TAG rather Bought bitcoin in 2014.

I would have 16 ₿. I would have still bought the Nixion Automatic regardless cause it is THE WATCH.

So theres my anecdote. I appreciate your time, thank you.

I get it. Especially with that hindsight.

I’ve been into watches since I was 16 but refused to spend $ because I’m frugal by nature. I was considering getting a watch to memorialize my graduation and starting my career but most luxury watches aren't justifiable at all.

I appreciate you elaborating your thoughts.

I love vintage styles but micro brands are the only affordable ish options 😂

You’re right, I should probably just get more corn

All good, btw heres the one my son will get on a special day. I should have just saved and bought it first. Instead I bought 6 others totalling double this one its what still brings me joy.

What are you graduating from?
