Have to sit with your feelings and talk to someone you trust about how you’re feeling (family, friends, therapist). If you never process your feelings and sit with them you never truly get over it. Doesn’t mean it won’t hurt but will pay off in the long term. Hope you’re okay and have someone to talk to :)
