Sounds like something only coinos support can answer. This is a good opportunity to look into self-custody zap solutions. If you use a custodial wallet, there is always a risk your custodian ends up not being trustworthy, or getting hacked. Self-custody should be used for any amounts which are significant. Zeus is a great self-custody mobile wallet and will give you a lightning address people can zap.

The 50k zaps I recieved yesterday seems to be gone. The zaps were Recieved through an invoice generated in coinos. Whats the matter should I be worried? Is it a known issue?
Those zaps were important to say the least. I don't wanna be kicked out of my apartment.
