I agree with this. The division in this country is artificial, intentional, and purposeful.

I’ve never felt my way of life or common sense was being attacked by a single trans person I’ve met in real life. I choose to believe the more ridiculous things I see on the news about the subject is rare and intentionally amplified. Same with race dynamics. If I believed the news I’d be pissed. But my area is genetically diverse and I sit and eat lunch with a rainbow at work and we’re all just people doing a job, and most of us are friends.

Fuck putting people into government designed boxes. And my Jesus told me to love everyone where they are. In fact, he said it’d be the defining characteristic of my people.
