If I wanted to get local businesses to accept bitcoin over lightning while maintaining nodes for them (or just having my own node they all route through) would the best way to do this be through Zeus?

You could potentially set them up with a custodial account with Lnbits or Lightning Node Connect + our embedded Point of Sale and then have them upgrade to their own node when they’re ready.
