i'm back already, was just going to the bigger grocery store on the other side of the big ridge to the east of my place to stock up on coffee and some cleaning nicknacks

i will finish this nip-98 implementation first and then i'll read this nip-29... i kinda want to know how it works anyway, i probably will bulid a client that uses it as well as my ephemeral relay chat protocol
