does anyone else have a tendency to treat a day job as just another hobby that you drop when you get bored of it?

i don't really know how to treat it differently. pushing myself to keep a job comes no easier to me than pushing yourself to keep a hobby.

i mean, who does that? you just stop doing hobbies when you don't feel motivated for them anymore.

what happens if i keep pushing is that i start shutting down. the heart revolts against the brain.
