Wales hooker Ryan Elias has spoken about how a summer break helped him recharge after a grueling international rugby schedule. The 29-year-old missed Wales' summer Tests against South Africa and Australia, taking time off to spend with his family and have a proper pre-season with his club side Scarlets. Elias admits he was feeling burnt out, both physically and mentally, at the end of last season. He credits the break for allowing him to "reboot" and refocus on his rugby goals.
