I’ve seen it happen when a user changes clients. I’m not sure why they get dropped but to me it seems like an issue that should be fixed by the client developers.

I think 've seen that too,but it always comes back within minutes,unlike what is hapenning now though...

Which Is better for the user, to run more relays or to login with more clients?

It could also just be a local connection issue, for example if your internet access is unstable.

Only lately...If datas are kept permanent by these institutions as they say,i wouldn't able to tell if i am being deprived of my data...
