Not to be a downer, just cautionary. They are beautiful, smell divine, but poisonous (especially Mountain Laurel honey), by that, I mean that it can lead to indigestion or, in some cases, worse effects. Yes, they are all toxic. The most one can do with Mountain Laurels is use the flowers as a dye. Oleander is toxic all round, like it's cousin Desert Rose.
