I plan on knowing because it will be either my wife or I teaching them.
Schools are awful.

Unfortunately, schooling can actually get in the way of learning. It could even stunt it π«€
I agree π― hard to concentrate on things I find boring π₯Ή childish, I know π . I went to a performing arts school that encouraged us to run free though, was wonderful there π―ππ½π
What really kickstarted my love for learning and aspiring for better things was actually watching a bunch of documentaries instead of actually doing work π. It lit the spark and then I just continued from there. Likely wouldn't have gotten that from my schooling which was just a bunch of "memorize this to pass"
I know what you mean π€£π« π―is tricky I think especially for younger kids cos their interests will differ so much. Have you seen βAcceptedβ? Itβs a great movie about exactly this π₯Ή
Thatβs lovely Beave π« I think Iβll send mine to school but also teach them at home ππ½ Iβve been so lucky in life to have found some wonderful teachers and mentors and I hope my kids find this too π₯Ή that being said I have thought about homeschooling due to bullies etc. I was bullied a bit for my voice and other things growing up and the idea of someone hurting my kid would break my heart into a million pieces π
Here Iβm talking like I have kids ππ€£π€¦π½ββοΈ
Same. I may never, though it's a lot more likely for you.
Modern school just isn't worth the risk ruining your children.
