Does Dr. Stephen C. Meyer Have Evidence for Intelligent Design?
Discussion
The basic parts of the universe are so simple. The rest of it that we see around us, how much of it was the work of humans that were here before, and we don't even know it?
What if the Genesis story is really about primitive humans encountering advanced humans who "made" many useful animals and plants for us? And among them, evil ones who created the cult of kings and are currently busy Penetrating Ze Cabinets.
Yea I feel pretty confident saying there is just a bit more to the story than what's in Genesis.
The state of the modern bible is predicted in the Book of Enoch, a book that the catholic church attempted to eliminate, and some nice people in Ethiopia kept it and it reappeared in the 19th century and then more recently the text was found multiply amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Of course the catholic priesthood, who were just roman politicians trying to coopt a revolution that would have seen them with the contemporary equivalent of guillotines, didn't want christians to keep reading the book that said they would hide the truth and twist what remained.
Oh no I mean more to the origin of life than is documented anywhere. As for Book of Enoch, tried reading it once and lost interest a couple pages in.
