That guy is a fake carnivore. I personally wouldn't take health advice from anyone who pretends to be a carnivore.

They have no idea what they're actually talking about.

If you want to be "carnivore" you need to eat probiotics made from meat.

That means fermented/rotted/pickled etc. meats.

That's how you populate your digestive system with the right microbes to break down raw meat.

And if you are cooking the meat.

And you also want to be eating a bunch of marine mammals and fish.

You look at any indigenous people that primarily eat meat, look at where they live and what kind of meat they actually eat.

Don't trust western doctors in general, but if they're selling fake fad diets like he is, don't trust them even more.
