Movement is medicine 💊

In carefully controlled doses it really is right now. If I start waving and jumping and pretending I can dance I'll put myself out for another week. I'll probably horrify everyone around me too 😂

Totally! And not to be too full of cliche but...as they say, the difference between medicine and poison is the dose

I've injured lower back a handful of times. When I find the right movement like dead bug or something, the pain immediately levels down 50% or more. Just goes to show that the solution is only right there.

Also, learning to sit helped too
