So many little guavas on the tree this year… and sadly so many on the ground after heavy rain last week! Amazing how fast they ferment after disconnecting from the tree! Guava wine anyone?

Se puede hacer dulces con ellos?
I make jam with them, and eat them straight off the tree. There are tiny hard seeds in them that need to be removed if cooking/baking with them. They make good jelly if you cook them down and strain out the seeds.
