I know I can buy lard easilly, tallow probably.
Yeah I've heard tallow meant to be really healthy too.
Does tallow change the taste of your steak?
Do u use tallow in all your cooking?
I will give it a go.
We been so conditioned, it took me a while to get off seed oils / margarine etc. I use butter ghee for cooking currently.
Good to hear you quit seed oils
Ghee is perfect for heating
Butter is not perfect for very high temperatures
Lard is good but is from pigs
Tallow is ideal for grilling steak, meat, high temperatures,…
Tallow is just beef fat so it tastes like beef. It’s perfect for cooking meat. But also perfect to fry fries in them
