My Pixel 8 has been shipped! Same exact plan. Many reasons to snap GOS on it already but my favorite reason, besides privacy obviously is the final removal of that PERSISTENT Google search bar at the bottom of the Home Screen!
Fuck all Googles AI features, I’m here for Storage scopes, Multiple profiles, and total control over my life. It’s been 5 years since I bought my last phone (XS Max) so I feel like an OG who got out of jail while everyone else moved on with technology. 😅 I feel like I still like to play Super Mario on my GameBoy while folks nowadays play COD or GTA! 😮💨
