Does bitcoin have any other units of measurement besides satoshi’s and bitcoin? Seems strange to have 1 or 100,000,000 and nothing in between.

There have been attempts, but nothing has really stuck like the sat.
For instance people have been wanting to name something after Hal Finney like either using "Hal" or "Finney" for 1k sat units.
For now.
Increased use over time will likely cause other denominations to arise.
