Inefficient!! So much harder to wheel suitcases. Slows everyone down. And dirty! 😂 I won't die on this hill but I do feel strongly about it lol

I looked up why some places are carpeted in the airport and the explanation that comes up over and over is to make passengers feel more at ease (resembles home?). We don’t have carpets at home except one rug for kids so I can’t tell if it d doing it’s job 🤷♂️
