Whatās up with that ? Why donāt hardware device makers make it impossible to generate seeds on a hardware device below a certain set of entropy. Like how is it not immediately ruled out to generate a seed with a single dice roll š
A user needs to be able to check the output against the output of the python code for seed generation from dice rolls.
Also the coldcard does tell you how many rolls you need.
To fuck it up, you have to first select "generate seed from dice rolls" and then ignore the instructions.
Expensive lesson to not follow instructions
If it's not secure that shouldn't be possible to start with. I don't understand why people continue to use 3rd party products for something as simple as backing up a private key. In 10 years I never had a key compromised but I also don't have a hardware wallet or any other device. I make my own with $5 pen-drives.
