The fatigue with MS is brutal. It's as if I don't sleep at all, yet I slept a decent 8hrs.

The only way I can convey it to people who don't understand is to compare it to the energy lever when you have a brutal flu. Yet no matter the amount or quality of rest, you still have to DRRAAG yourself to do even the most menial task.
