I do that. From around the property I harvest plums, blackberries, pears, apples, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, cucumbers, and freeze them so I have them throughout the year. In the summer I can add kale, carrots as well. I buy naval oranges and then add them too.

Noice! We don't have any fruit trees but we stay stocked with frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries, & spinach. I throw in some fresh apples, a can of fruit (pears, peaches, or pineapple), and a sprinkle of flax seed. A little tofu if we got it on hand. Cover 3/4 with milk and blend to perfection. 😚 🀌

I make a jumbo batch to save time later in the week. Kids love it!
