Social media has been programmed to program biology (us humans) it has some sort of injection tool that runs after years of use in which your mind is no longer yours. If you don't believe me, pay attention to that family member, that friend, that friends child who only talks about Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and so on. It seems to me that the biggest issue is actually the completely intentional human programming. With that being said you have a responsibility to protect yourself at very minimum. Act accordingly. You have enemies, rather you know it or not, they know you very well and they want to control you.
