I would have agreed last year, but I can't imagine why our rivals at the time would have initially denied it, then acknowledged it's validity soon after. As ridiculous as it is that we "lost the technology" to go to the moon, it's even more unbelievable that Russia would have acknowledged it in the middle of the cold war rivalry.
