At long last you can repost a note without having to add any text (making it a quote note). Just click the Quote icon beneath the note and leave the note text blank. Reposts show up in the feeds with a double border.

When you say "reactions" do you mean only notes that have reactions?

Which "people"? For instance, on Global you're dealing with everybody so it would just be showing all notes with reactions. On Following it would be what the people you follow reacted to (which you can already see by clicking the "❤️ By Following" button on that feed.

No, not on Global, it would be pointless. 🤣 I was thinking only Following and when you go to someone's profile. On Following it shows notes liked by accounts that I follow, but it doesn't show who liked that note. Same for reposts - who reposted and what.
