Idea: Curators for #nostr are decentralized services, that allow users to curate their individual feeds. They can be used in selection mode or in blocking mode.

Example 1: When I subscribe to a "taco plebs" Curator in selection mode, it identifies notes that relate to that topic and feeds them to me.

Example 2: When I subscribe to a "shitcoin promotions" Curator in blocking mode, it identifies notes that relate to that topic and allows my client to avoid displaying them.

(Sorry if this is a "I've just discovered Nostr, and I'm here to fix it" kind of note 😅 - I'm happy to learn why the above is wrong/dumb/impossible/already exists)
