I don't know if I have ever ran. But I have absolutely walked away from a conversation without pause.

running adds a comedic exclamation point that all humans seem defenseless against.

🤣 I just found a new Thanksgiving dinner strategy!

Maybe add an “Aahh!” before you run. I haven’t tried it, but it seems like a good idea 👍
