Have a local guy at my farmers market that sells “brown butter ghee”. I to like the aroma and taste? but just seem like it’s just marketing butter they cooked too long. Any thoughts?

LOL you’re spot on with how it’s made. Really comes down to personal preference. Brown butter ghee goes better with pastries, cakes, desserts, etc. regular ghee goes with all those plus meats, eggs, veggies
