Of course they won't give up. there's always the hope they can come to power (although their overlords won't allow that). I think, though, that a sufficient number of people, 50m or so, are awake and have had enough. They aren't going to sit idly by while the marxists pull their crap. They also happen to be in better shape and better armed than the marxists.
Depends on who is in control of the US military.
Last election cycle the Marxists control it.
