I'd personally take the extremely old school approach and pretend I'm writing a letter to "The Times" (I've never actually done this) but no matter who they're written by, or addressed to, start. Dear Sir.

Just go with a Dear Sir and be damned with the consequences😬😂.

I’m actually dealing with this person. She’s actually a lovely ‘girl’ but i realised what i thought she was saying isn’t actually what she meant
