I agree. My doctor is a welcomed exception in a world of clowns selling snake oils, but still I am trying to avoid her as much as possible.

There is no thing I couldn’t fix with lots of Vitamin D, home brew broths, cold baths and fasting. Yet.

Would love to keep you posted. It helps to keep the spirit and motivation high. Not everytime it’s easy to change basically everything I did wrong so for long.
