MORNING WORKOUT: CONDITIONING

-Burpees, 10x5 w/jogging, 10 minutes

-Beginner elbow lever, 3x20 seconds (5min)

-Bridges, 3x20 seconds (5min)

-Kata, 10 minutes

Stretching, 10 minutes

Splits work, 5 minutes

So I had to shave ten minutes off my workouts, and I might have to cut down even more once kid #3 is born. The burpees are going to start increasing by reps per minute rather than the total length of time. I'm going to have to push harder in kata.

But that sure as heck isn't gonna stop me from exercising. I just have to shift focus.

If all three MORNING WORKOUTS are the same, then missing a day isn't a total loss. If I divide it into 4 sections (conditioning, strength, skill work and recovery), then I'm always covering all my bases. Is it 100% ideal? No. Will it work and continue giving me results? I do believe so.
