Or someone who runs shitcoins which are an attack on Bitcoin, driving market away via rug pulls and scams.

Or someone who wants to bring all shitcoins into Bitcoin lets say via a "bridge" ...

Not someone who cares about Bitcoin decentralization and spam-free network and that is shown by their actions. 1+1=2, its not rocket science.
