That sounds like Arne Dixon. My jr. high vice principal gave me a vhs of his when he found out I was yo-yoing. I guess he’d received it as a promo piece for a school show or something. I vaguely remember it and all the crazy suits. 😅 but no guarantee it’s him, apparently a lot of yo-yoers wear weird suits 😂
