Orbit delegate and AAVE holder EzR3aL, based on his blockchain analysis, says the swap fees from the new CoW Swap-based interface no longer go into the DAO treasury. Unlike the previous Paraswap referral system, these fees appear to be accumulating in a separate address not controlled by the DAO.
