Yes it took me years to get here! I started by tracking my blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor. It helped me visualize what food and activity was doing to my energy level and mood and helped me change to balance blood sugar better (thus energy level and mood). Grumpy people are probably hypoglycemic lol
