A prediction consists of two parameters, a specified time and a specified occurrence. Just saying the dollar will end is not a prediction. Knowing the dollar will someday lose all its buying power can be determined mathematically because it is moving to an asymptote. But knowing when this will happen is impossible, it needs to be predicted in the form of a probability.
