Block Party surges the pool from time to time in timed increments. Such as next Saturday the 31st a 2 hour Block Party will surge hash.
There are two rules with this pool.
1) Bounty - during non block party time frames whichever miner solves the block, they will receive 1 Bitcoin and the remaining Bitcoin + fees will be distributed to the pool by hash.
