Why would you trade something you own and control for something you don't? Land is KYC'd precisely because it is never owned by the "owner". Bitcoin is bitcoin because it IS owned by the owner.
If you have to KYC your land, you don't own your land.
If you have to KYC your bitcoin, you don't own your bitcoin.
