Florida used to be a battleground state. Maybe they do some sly shit and managed to install Harris but it doesn't matter because they're going to lose the Senate regardless and conservatives have a 6-3 majority in the Supreme Court. If Trump wins and I think/hope he will, conservatives will control all three branches of government.
i doubt they are gonna roll back that much though, one can dream... the collapse is inevitable, not one empire in history has lasted more than 1200 years

A republic can get a fresh start if enough people become aware of the rot and choose representatives and executives who are willing to do the hard work. We had a better system than Rome to begin with, so provided we can get it functioning again, we will outlast the Roman republic.
